“I have been enjoying Carolyn’s class for the last three years, I love going and hate to miss a class even though the class is a tough one. She mixes up the routine so every class is not the same, and on a Thursday we’ve been using a gym ball just to make the classes different. Everybody gets on together and we have a laugh- especially when we are learning a new routine.” –Louise Turner
“Good exercises for the over 50s to keep mobile, friendly crowd and great teacher.” – Susan Miles
