Carrie has ten years’ experience working in the fitness industry. She is qualified to RSA Dancercise Grade 1 and takes Fitness in the North course & master classes to keep her knowledge updated.

Hello my name is Carolyn I am an Aerobics teacher. My classes are 1 hour sessions consisting of warm up, stretch, sculpting and cool down all to music. Ladies of all ages enjoy my groups and the best part of my job is seeing clients achieve their goals and make friends whilst also having lots of fun!
